Motivent Total Health is an in-network provider for some insurance companies. When you call to request an appointment, we will work to identify your coverage for psychotherapy. Once the insurance company responds with a quote of benefits, your coverage and out-of-pocket costs will be explained to you by one of our insurance specialists.

If you chose to use your insurance to pay for your sessions, Motivent Total Health will bill therapy services and submit claims to your insurance company. You are responsible for services not covered by your insurance if your deductible has not been met or if your insurance is declined/inactive.

If Motivent Total Health is not in-network with your insurance company, your insurance company may cover services for out-of-network providers. Motivent Total Health will provide you with a monthly invoice that you can submit to your insurance provider.

Our Patient Financial Counselor is available to answer any questions you may have regarding payment for services.
