8 Weeks to Wellness
Class begins February 5th
8 Weeks to Wellness is a personalized, holistic, clinically studied, 8 week program that’s proven to correct metabolism, and help improve wellness and emotional health. The course begins by examining nutrition, including food and water intake, and builds from there. Inflammation, immune health, sugar, exercise, thyroid health, hormones, and sleep are all addressed. There will be guest speakers, field trips to the grocery store, real food, recipes and more.
Gain knowledge and life skills to achieve lasting health. Learn fundamental skills to eat healthier, remove toxins, take control of your food, and handle cravings. You will be equipped to maintain your newfound health and weight through natural life changes made over the eight-week course.

Facilitator: Jackie Barta is a certified Integrative Nutritionist who focuses on holistic wellness. She is the founder of Be Well! A Healthy Lifestyle Community. Jackie takes a whole-body approach to health, healing and wellness. She has extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic integrative nutrition, health coaching, and disease prevention. Her holistic wellness programs focus on the link between digestive issues and physical/emotional health. She is incredibly passionate about helping individuals make targeted diet and lifestyle changes that produce real, sustainable results.
