Nicole will be sharing her personal story of surviving with mental illness and the skills she has learned over the years that have helped her heal and thrive. Speaker: Nicole Brown is a single mother/ co-parent of three who is living with PTSD, anxiety, and depression. She is a survivor of child abuse, rape, and domestic abuse. Nicole has been doing public speaking around mental health for two years, sharing her story and helping guide others to manage their own trauma and mental illness. Through sharing her story, Nicole hopes to empower others and pass on techniques that have helped her thrive.
