RETURN POLICY

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip, along with the receipt or an online payment receipt within 30 days of delivery or receipt of product and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. Custom and Photo Motivents are non-returnable. Any product returned that does not meet the above requirements will not be refunded. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error. To return a Motivent, please pack the item and the clip in the original shipping material packaging, along with a copy of your original packing receipt or online payment receipt to:

REFUND POLICY

Defective items are subject to a full refund. If you receive a defective Motivent, please email sales@motivent.com with your purchase information. Refunds will be paid within 90 days from the date of receipt of the return. Non-defective returns are subject to 50% restocking charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Custom and Photo Motivents are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled provided the order has not shipped. To cancel an order, please email sales@motivent.com immediately with your purchase information. A cancelled order may be subject to up to a 50% restocking fee, depending on where the product is in processing at the time of cancellation. Custom and Photo Motivents may not be cancellable.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

Products will be delivered by either FED EX, UPS or US Postal Service. Please contact sales@motivent.com for information on shipping outside the US, Mexico, and Canada.

  DiggiMac Inc. is not responsible for violations of copyright as it only manufactures products to order.  Examples of selections are samples only.  Purchaser will be responsible for any copyright infringement caused by the wording requested to be printed.  If Purchaser become aware of any potential copyright or trademark infringement please let DiggiMac Inc. know in writing at the following address so we can stop printing immediately.
